Check-up - a quick assessment to see where problems might be found in a project

Check-up

We use a simple set of questions to identify and report potential problem areas

Experience has shown that surprisingly few reasons account for the majority of project problems. By asking a few simple questions, the probable causes of most problems can be quickly determined.

This information may, in itself, be sufficient to enable a project to be brought back on track or it may be used as the starting point for a more detailed assessment.

The cost and time involved is insignificant (the whole exercise can be conducted by 'phone and e-mail) for all but tiny projects.
