How can we help?
Convalescence - monitoring recovery of a project
We check the 'vital signs' of project health regularly for an agreed period
All too often, recommendations are made for remedial action on projects but the problems continue. Either the actions suggested are inappropriate or they are not undertaken. Either way, any potential benefits are lost.
Even when remedial actions are successfully carried out, it is difficult to demonstrate the value of the intervention, and justification for such work continues to be difficult.
By establishing clear indicators of benefit prior to any remedial work and then monitoring their improvement, 'course corrections' can be made to ensure maximum value from the intervention. Expenditure can be more readily justified.
An approach using 'phone and e-mail is most cost-effective.
