How can we help?
Surgical intervention - a brief but significant intervention in a project to fix specific problems
We fix problems using a standard set of simple tools over a short period of time
Sometimes, the necessary tools and techniques to fix project problems are not available within an organisation. The selection and introduction of a 'Project Management Methodology' may be a daunting thought - particularly when company budgets for projects are generally tight, with any expenditure needing to be justified by short-term pay-back. Or perhaps the Methodology has not given the benefits for which it was selected.
The use of a standard set of simple tools is effective in solving most problems and avoids the difficulties encountered when an external consultant brings in a whole new way of working - the cure can often be worse than the disease!
Cost and time are tailored to need and should be value driven. A face-to-face approach is used.
